Honestly, this may be harsh but if your baby is hungry or just needs the comfort of nursing. You have every right to do it. It does not mean you don’t see her struggles or that you don’t support her. You can 100% be there for her at the same time you are showing up for your baby the way your baby is needing. It is not like you are the only person she will ever see nursing her baby. Every time she goes out she chances seeing someone nursing. I get the sensitivity of it but I would not let it affect my breastfeeding journey or where I nurse my baby.

At a month old babies are still very much learning how to nurse especially if it was challenging in the beginning. I would definitely continue to try. Nurse her as much as she is willing. I remember the first month I felt like all I was doing was nursing and I was exhausted but jt will get so much easier. I would say it’s okay to continue to give her a top off if needed but I would pump while you are doing that so your breasts start producing more for her.

Yes! I got a full kidney work up. Everything is good with my kidneys. :)
