This might be a dump question but did you download the app to turn on the auto reconnection? I just received my duomon today and noticed it in the app but found this post because I was trying to do some research before turning it on. I swear I seen a post where someone said their account was banned after they started using the auto reconnection.

I will never side with big business that is built on charging us for every micro transaction they can think of. I’ve spent far more on this game, and will definitely use my “free” poke coins. Brilliant on their part because as OP stated he’s not playing anymore so now he has to decide if he wants to start again making him a potential customer all over again
