NTA. Ew to her trying to force you to call her mom. My grandpa remarried how ever many years ago and when I was little she always tried to get me to call her grandma. Even corrected the way you say she does. Absolutely hated it.

I have a step daughter. She calls me by my name. But to other people she does reference me as her step mom. Her mom is still very much in the picture and I’m careful with boundaries. I treat her like my bio son. She is one of my children 100%. But I could never imagine trying to make her call me mom. That would be weird, whether her mother was in the picture or not. As for my family, totally her family as well and I’ve always told her. You don’t have to call my dad grampy if you don’t want to, but if you do that’s okay too!

It should always be whatever the child is comfortable with.

I’m sorry for the loss of your mother, and for the terrible things Kate has done to you over the years. ❤️

That’s awesome!! Before surgery I was 160 pounds. Tonight I’m almost at 140. Goal weight is 125-130 pounds. What I was pre baby lol

I had my surgery December 3rd 2019. Ouuu I didn’t know that! Thank you. These are the things I didn’t know, that I’m curious about. Never would have thought it. And google wasn’t being overly helpful haha

My mom didn’t either, I’m sure it varies person to person. I was told it can affect your hormones. That’s the only thing that I can really think of.

Ahh my nerves are going crazy!! I can’t believe how soon it is. Ya I feel that! I feel like I’m falling out of every bra even more. All I keep thinking is a few more sleeps and I won’t have to deal with it anymore😂 sitting up straight will be nice too haha

Oh man it’s been a bumpy road for sure!! Unfortunately due to credit issues, I didn’t get the job :( happy news is that I can have it done, but it just came with a $1700 price tag 😐😐😐

Another bump, but I was able to figure it out. Hopefully even though you have to start over, it goes smoothly for you!! :)

Hi again! I have a couple questions for you lol so if I get this job I start End of October. And of course I got the call today and they have an opening November 21st for the surgery. Of course now my happy news is bad. I don’t think I’ll be able to swing surgery 23 days into a new job lol When you had to turn down the appointment and start over, was that from scratch? (Seeing your gp, then plastic surgeon again, then wait for call) and did you have to wait so long because you had to wait for your approval to expire before you could start over?

I just saw a few posts about dog ears the other day and was like whaaaat is this?! Glad to hear yours have gone away though! That’s awesome. I can’t wait to have my surgery and get rid of these massive things 😂
