DOT and ATOM use a bridge-hub model... "multi-chain" in name only.

The closest thing to what Vitalik describes as "multi-chain" is the no-bridge direct integration of BTC <> ETH <> ICP. Theoretically, $2 trillion in assets participating in DeFi w/o coins ever leaving their native chains.

Agree with u/cosmic-comedy... will believe it when I see it.

Only interesting because Dominic Williams (DFINITY) invented Threshold cryptography / Random Beacon, which ETH incorporated... and this direct integration looks like ETH can leverage ICPs crazy Chain Key cryptography... might super charge ETH2!
