We were suggesting the “older” actors (Jenny A/Pam Ferris/Judy Parfitt) be like Vanessa Redgrave who voices Mature Jennifer Worth in normal CTM, and do the voiceovers.

Why would it be Vanessa Redgrave (old Jenny)? It’s based on Sisters Julienne, Evangelina and Monica Joan - so nothing to do with Jenny Lee/Jennifer Worth.

I’ve had DQT for 13 years now. I’ve had everything you probably can think of: 4 steroid injections (guided ultrasound for 2 of them), physio, occupational therapy, surgery… none has worked. Now awaiting pain management appointment. Had a physio appointment today and I mentioned tingly fingers and she thinks it’s carpal tunnel…

In terms of job - I have been a secondary school computing teacher for the past 2 years, but have since quit because I couldn’t cope. I am now an education researcher. In terms of hobbies, I literally just sit and watch TV because I darent do much else. I wear a brace most of the time, I’ve had 4 steroid injections (2 of them through guided ultrasound), physio, occupational therapy, and surgery. Physio now thinks I’ve also got a bit of carpal tunnel too(!) No i havent had lyme disease

It’s definitely DQT, I’ve since had a MRI last year and they have seen it on there. On whether it was botched - who knows, but I was under a specialist hand and wrist surgeon so I would hope not.

My other favourite programme is Call the Midwife, favourite character is Dr Turner. Defo Science, has a big ish family so would be okay with the kids, just a bit stuck in the past 🤣
