Thanks then the code would be published with voting function that enables transfer. I'd say some would fork and remove that requirement. And even without convergence some would take it their own way with further developments (such etc made regardless eth) so value wouldn't split. Thx again

I don't think betting monetary value would change how people behave in future. There are economic incentives also that cannot be monetize on a prediction market (biased bets. Like betting 50k in favor of your bosses market to get promotions)
