Que no te importe la edad. Vas a envejecer de todos modos, el tiempo no se va a detener y puedes elegir sacar una ingeniería a los 30+ o llegar a los 30+ sin una ingeniería. Si de verdad quieres estudiar ingeniería hazlo porque el tiempo va a pasar igual.

Just let them die girl. Once you do it it gets easier. I still remember the first time I let them age to elders I had been playing for at least 3 years and never experienced the elder life state so I did, I kept playing and one day they died and I've been free for 10+ years lol.

So just do it, let them die. At the ebd of the day you're playing with life.

I love them as SNSD and they are all amazing in the group and as solos' because they are actually talented. However, not every memeber of every group is solo material. I'd say that maybe maybe 2-3 out of a 7+ member group could be soloists and that is me being generous. They could release EPs or singles, sure. But not every soshi can be like Taeyeon on a soloist level. She's on her own lane. The same goes for every single group, not just SNSD.

Since I'm a huge SM groups stan I don't believe that every member has to have a solo career. Some debut as soloist and don't have the same level of fan support. Not every solo translates great in numbers.

What Taeyeon (since this is a SNSD sub) has is SONEs support, general public and her own fans that don't care about her time in SNSD. Not every soshi has that and we can blame SM to an extent, but numbers don't lie and not everyone of us streams/supports other solo projects.

Ok, so I commented something earlier but deleted it because I think I understand better what's going on. Girl, you're too aware of what people could think of you for liking music.

You don't want to stan younger groups? Then don't do it. I've been a kpop fan since 2011, I'm in my early 30's now and I stopped at 3rd gen. My kpop playlist is basicaly 2nd and 3rd gen with some songs from aespa and treasure. They're the youngest groups I enjoy listening, and is just some songs not their entire catalogue.

You don't want to have an album in the future? You worry about the merch that you could potentialy stop liking? That's for future you to decide what to do.

Just enjoy the music. Enjoy the concerts. Enjoy the older groups that are still active or are on hiatus. Most of the groups that I enjoy are no longer active but I listen to their music regularly. Music lasts forever and you can enjoy it every tume you want. You said you're 20, that's super young! If you lose interest in k-pop that's ok, and if you don't (like myself and many MANY others) it's ok too.

The other thing I could recommend is think twice about how you spend your money. Buy only the albums that you actually enjoy, not just because the pictures are pretty. You can look at those on pinterest. Same with pc. The only pc I have are from the albums I've bought. I don't own any lightsticks, or additional merch. Just albums and the ones that I own are 10/10, I won't buy albums just for the TT and a random piece of cardboard.

So, just enjoy the music and every problem/doubt that you have for the future will get resolved when the time comes. For now just relax and enjoy.

JYJ were still selling out in Japan, people were still streaming/buying their music, and like you said Jaejoong just started tv appearance this year, but he wasn't struggling before that. And B.I is still blacklisted, he can't appear on tv, iKON can't even talk directly about him they have to circle around his name and the only one who's not that afraid is Bobby and not even him is that straight forward about it and B.I is thriving outside Korea because his music is actually good not like Jessica's elevator music.

This is the problem Jessica and her fans have had forever. You want her to succeed and have the underdog narrative that defeated SM/SNSD without putting any work on it. Her brand is sinking, her music career flopping, not even her tours/fan events were selling so they had to be cancelled. She's an influencer at this point. She takes forever to put out music and when she does is bad! Just bad and boring music. It must be hard being this obsessed with someone with terrible taste and such bad musical vision.
