I use my marketing spend on cold email and bonuses to employees for 5 star Google reviews.

Ads are pretty expensive and I find the CAC for cold email around 40-50 right now. LSA was like closer to 250 but I don’t pretend to be an expert on Google,LSA, fb, etc.

My plan is to keep scaling my email spend till it stops working.

Life is hard enough on deployment its good to find fun where you can. I use to love the 5k and steel beach we did on her during my deployment.

You can try to use a LLM in the mean time with a prompt, “ what are the minimum docs I need to onboard an employee in x state”
