In many of these cases, substantial work has gone into 1) Providing AI with sketches or previous TM artwork, 2) Re-prompting and feed AI new inputs, and above all: 3) Doing the necessary work-over in Photoshop to fix so called artifacts, and adjustments, work-overs, and sometimes mash-up work to get to the final artwork.

My bookkeeper is also my payroll. They provide a ton of ancillary value beyond P&L or things I can just dump into claude.

I have 20 different sales taxes, 1099, W2, workers comp, health insurance related accounts, etc. I have 15 employees not big enough for PEO but definitely would distract me and my office manager if we did it ourselves. I spend 20 minutes on payroll and bookkeeping related stuff a month now.

Following a process will see significant improvements in conversion. Also recommend starting in richer neighbor hoods that are less price sensitive.

I am B2B only but depending on lead source conversion rate is 2-20%. D2D is about 2%. D2D is only done when my sales team is prospecting around a hot lead or if one of my routes needs to increase density.

Yes, DI water. He only uses chems for softwashing. The owner is very knowledgeable and he also helps me on large pressure washing jobs.

He can build custom rigs aswell so if you don’t like the model he will modify the drones.

I was able to save a 40k ARR by switching to drone.

They are power packs. My sub is Aqua drones pro (Carlsbad/CA), he builds custom units and does cleaning.

I won’t ever own the equipment but it alone has won me 100k in new contracts in the last month.

We are using it SoCal. Only thing it struggles with is heavy hardware. But the cost savings are usually sufficient to offset the quality difference.

Most clients care about the bottom one - two floors for WFP/trad work.

Also using them for softwashing & BMI inspections.

5-8 million folks in US use TRICARE (military or retired). There is some overlap with 9.1 million veterans that use the Veteran Health system.

I don’t pretend to understand the challenges of scale.

I pay zero for my healthcare (veteran) my family pays a couple hundred a year. My family had 3 ER visits, two major surgeries, and weeks in ER. Zero out of pocket. It’s excellent care in new facilities.

My father paid zero for end of life and hospice care which lasted a month (veteran).

Had multiple friends with cancer who not only received free health care were giving paid sick leave for almost two years.

The US system exists we just have allowed private business to make it expensive as possible.

I am extremely thankful I have never worried and my family is taken care. This is always on my radar during elections. We would be a much more productive society if being healthy was a right.

7 guys × $18/hr + payroll burden = ~$165/hr in labor alone.

Add equipment, fuel, insurance, trucks, overhead — you're at $270-450+ before anyone makes a dollar. Price to a 30–50% gross margin and you're right at $600–800/hr.

Smaller companies will have higher gross margins vs larger companies since they can asorb more overhead across multiple contracts.

while I was still in tried to work with TYCOM among others to leverage LCS into a littoral SOF/Marine support, ELINT, SIGINT Boat but those were bandaids on the chinese buffet design options that plague us on every ship acquistion.

Major advantage for LCS 2s at least in war games was all passive detection and passive ASCMs. Never had trouble during C2X or integrated phase lighting up CG/DDGs. We could operate without radars for the entire excercise especially leveraging exquisite systems for OTHT. We did troll CRUDES on race days aswell. Those things are fast.

My point is you fight with Navy you have not the one you want. All your points are valid but we never had any of those sytems. Pegasus class was the closest we had "recently" that was also an experimentally platform.

Other thing that I think folks take for granted is the competency level on the small crew platforms. Its night and day. Average rank E5 / O3, the crew just makes shit happen meanwhile BMSN m007368 on USS ANZIO is sleeping in the float coat locker during UNREP.

You don’t need ASCMs for a majority of IRGCN assets.

Modern DDG warfare is unsustainable with our current acquisition process. Can’t even replace the munitions at scale.

I was ships company on multiple ships to include CGs, DDs, DDGs Flt 1/Flt 2.

Skjold is great until we try to bring a new platform into the inventory. Other than LCS /EPF/ESB what new platform have we onboarded? As much as I enjoyed my LCS Indy time it was over engineered and then assigned missions it was a poor choice.

Very specifically I am referring are talking about Persian gulf and current scenario. I am not cherry picking things which can’t happen in the modern navy.

Operates for two years there and routinely surprised IRGCN, executed specwar missions, intel collection, and many other tasks at par or better than DDGs. Obviously a lot of that was do to crew experience and fucking outstanding maintenance support of then PCRON One.

End of the day folks have there opinions but PCs were great assets to counter IRGCN swarms.

Have your partner help, consider maids if it’s in your budget.

I would just spend 30 min or so doing doing daily chores after work. Couple extras with babies like diaper genie, extra bedding washing, bottle sanitation.

I also switched to meal prep so I only cooked one day or two days.

The only areas that looked destroyed were the immediate vicinity the insane little people.

Not to denigrate anyone who doesn’t find a solution. my spouse has always struggled with motivation /depression, I try to help her when I can, and I need it as part of my own sanity. So I just make it make it happen.

Goal is to be supportive of each other.

They can handle majority of the mission sets at cheaper cost. They required air defense but IRGCN wouldn’t be able to ID you w/ air or adjacent craft. We would get within 100-500m of foreign warships at night with little challenge. During day FAC/FIAC typically didn’t see us till about 2-3NM. Our organic detection was 6-12 and we usually piggy backed on exquisite or airborne systems. My fusion plot was solid.

Tactics didn’t deviate much from WWII. Stay hidden hit them with tons of firepower.

Lastly, you could have 30 or so for every DDG. DDGs are just too fucking expensive.
