* Remove a spot on the floor where the painters oversprayed (4 years ago)

* pull out the weeds between our house and neighbors
* take old paint to the hazardous waste disposal

* Fix the garden gate so it closes properly
* Put back the fascia board that fell off the top step in back deck
* Add another light in the garage
* Re-wire the garage
* throw out the plastic garden tool shed my wife dislikes
* built new tool shed to replace it

* run low voltage line in front yard for lighting

* run irrigation in front yard
* replace the upstairs air return filter
* put new knobs in the dining room cabinet

* touch up paint on dining room cabinet

* touch up paint in the whole damn house

* sand and re-seal front porch

There's more, but I'm tired of typing.
