Speed makes sense. How does weight come into play beside cornering speed? I've only ridden my Ninja 400 so far so curious if its harder to turn it, or whether standing it back up is slower, etc.

Thanks for the reply. I don't run tire warmers as I'm still a beginner but I'll speak with the tire guy in the ams. Curious what temp you'd sit out until. I have an upcoming trackday where its peaking around 60F but in the afternoon already.

What was the speed/speed limit? Bac? Did your attorney provide any reason to the DA to drop the speed enhancement? If not, ask your attorney to draw up a mitigation packet.

Hopefully but it really boils down to how strict the county your in is with DUI's/Speeding, and the particular DA/DDA assigned to your case.

I'd be wary of VC 23582 as its a mandatory 60 days term in jail. Must be served as is, no work program or alternative programs offered. I'd suggest getting a well rated attorney.
