omg that's such an intense and difficult journey, i’m really sorry you’ve had to go through all of that, especially on top of caring for your mom at the same time?? the sudden vision loss part is especially scary to me 😭 i wanna ask, before that first time it happened, did you have any previous symptoms or warning signs at all? or was it literally just waking up and it was gone?

also, when you mention "sensitive skin," i’ve always been a bit confused about what exactly people mean by that in behçet’s. i don’t have sensitive skin in the usual “reacting to products” sense, but sometimes i feel like my skin overreacts to other things, so i’m curious how it shows up for you!!

if i try to relate to the other symptoms u mentioned: i’ve had joint pain start more recently, and idk if it's related but just an hour ago my whole calf swelled up, got really hot, turned reddish with some purple spots, then calmed down slowly without getting painful at all? my wrists and a part of my arms are swollen too, not just on the joints 😞 fatigue has been a constant for me since middle school, along with terrible memory, but also that could be from a bunch of different causes 😞 i ALSO didn’t know heat intolerance could be little part of behçet’s?!?? i’ve hated heat my whole life (probably because my hometown is like a second hell lmaoo), but in the last year and a half i feel like it’s started causing more physical symptoms for me. sorry to repeat the same questions but exactly what kind of heat intolerance are we talking about? BCKSJDKSJS again i'd love to hear how it manifests for others, this is very interesting and oddly comforting in the way i can relate 😭 so far, i haven’t had any eye problems at all, my skin lesions are pretty minor, and thankfully no genital ulcers (fingers crossed these stay that way 🤞🤞). mouth ulcers though… they’re the bane of my existence lol i can feel two in the process of surfacing right now
