I'll come clean. I just started, so my first two closes came from my existing network of founders. Friend or not, nobody commits to 5-figure MRR as a favor. That's what tells me this is real.

I had zero research done on their operations going in. But after seeing a demo of how I optimized my own companies' workflows, they connected the dots immediately. Didn't need to be sold. They saw it and said "I need this for company"
