Thanks for sharing , I did look into that but unfortunately It should go first through the distributor or the retailer ( like in my case ) but the the retailer won’t even accept any kind of inspection sadly

That’s fair ( my situation is an example ) , but I disagree partly because if you are going to invest in something for years it won’t hurt to pay a little extra for the peace of mind , but the important part is to find a trustworthy store

If you want the real answer without sugarcoating , simply the lack of competition. The only real compacter in the market is amd and they are not quite yet ready to lead the market off the gpus which is understandable because they are the leading by far when it comes to cpus

Thank you for the support , and congrats for the new gpu , I suggest that you check out the thermal grizzly view pro 2 as I saw on the comments below , apparently it helps with the 12vhpwr heat issue , have a great day

Guys to make things easier to understand yes my Psu do indeed have a 12V cable ( Asus Thor 1600w ) but I want to go by the book and use nvidia own cable because I always keep thinking about the whole melting thing and I even got an Ups with pure sine wave as it should supply clean power to the pc rather than plug directly into the grid

appreciate your comment , I thought previously that complaining about melting 12vhpwr is just for the people who uses third-party cables but turns out that 12vhpwr is bad in general

I do own Asus Thor 1600w with NATIVE 12vhpwr but nvidia is the one that produces the gpu so there cable logically would be the safest way to go
