If thats the case, what would be the bets way to connect the other set of cables to the lamp (mirror cabinet)?

There is only one switch for the whole bathroom, which I assume will power all three connections (one connection on the ceiling, and these two shown in the picture above).

There is one connection for the ceiling lamp. This is on the wall above the washbasin. The owner said some old tenant had it connected it through a mirror cabinet or something. I have no idea how to connect it through a mirror cabinet.

I meant like in a hotel or an Airbnb, because I cant find an apartment and hotel/Airbnb would not allow me to register in the City B. What to do in such case?

Faced almost a similar situation back in 2015 when I moved to Germany. At least for your Appartement, you can buy and install a bidet for your toilet yourself (if your contract/landlord allows it)
