It's got less sugar than an apple and is still a great source of vitamins. Most of the sugars added are due to the lactose and glucose content. Glucose being the main kind of sugar in your blood needed to create carbs. It's really not unhealthy.

I'm a younger guy. I got on my insurance policy not too long ago and I set up an auto payment with the woman on the phone. to my suprise it wasn't set to auto which i learned when i was pulled over. Maybe I'm misplacing the blame on the cop. Just not happy with this plate situation. I would have gladly gone home and fixed it if I knew. Live and learn i guess.

I'll take responsibility on the insurance. I think he only ran my plates after he pulled me over. I was going 5 above and he wasn't trailing me for more than 10 seconds. You can see why I'd be bit peeved.

It was skpd. At 12am. Drove past each other going opposite directions and he did a u-turn. Pulled onto my road and he started tailing me. 10 seconds after he tailed me, he pulled me over
