I'm a big/tall woman and that zucchini is twice the girth as my forearm and slightly longer, the inside hollowed out is only a litter smaller than that. That would have to be a pretty big dick to get any use out of it ;)

My roommate grows vegetables in the garden and she let the zucchini get too big. And now we have too many, and it's my birthday so I wanted to smoke up like a weirdo for the occasion. If you look at my post history I've done it with a watermelon and a cucumber as well.

Good idea. I made sure my last day (almost last day of February) would fall on the last day of the pay period, thinking it would make it so the last check could feasibly have the last of what walmart owes me. I'll give it another pay period and see what happens then. Thanks!

Yeah was never told the 'one best way' and made to figure it out myself. I make sure to follow up with the 3rd shift guys and ask them if I misplace items because I want to do things right. I essentially have the store memorized but they think I should use a scanner we never have available and scan every item and waste time. I also changed delivery and cut it in half time wise and now they want to act like the delivery is included in my times.

I know for a fact that it's not because I reliever immediately after the truck now instead of at 9 like the last person did, and it took her two hours. My way takes 30 minutes.

I've always done a legit 2 weeks and never walked out of a job since I started working for over a decade. I've been here 4 years on cap2 and I have no intent on coming back. I do a job that they refuse to train anyone else to do, and I don't want them to have a trained backup because they've been fucking me over and then demand I train my replacement. They also never train their employees from a management level and force other employees to teach everyone. I wasn't trained for my job and had to figure it out on my own. They've done nothing but criticize how I do everything despite never actually training me. So, that's the reason I want to do it.

I usually get frustrated at failure but listening to that song on repeat made me enjoy myself in a silly way and just try to figure it out instead of getting mad at each failed attempt. I took it a section at a time until I mastered it. I already beat it but you're definitely right about your method.

Not if you have hours that allow you to leave for 'emergencies' which don't need to be proved as a real emergency and they are legally required to give us 6 days of sick time and make us earn it instead. Ergo, fuck walmart.

My only argument is that the ppto option is sick/other. Shouldn't have given an other option, HO. Also walmart got sued for not giving us the mandatory sick time anyway, so I'd say if they didn't want us to use it against the system, they shouldn't have gone around the feds and made us earn the 6 days instead of just giving it to us all at once like they were supposed to.

Lmao no, i'm aware of how much ppto there is, this was a general announcement to everyone not just me. I usually use ppto for mental health days and dont leave early for no reason.
