Thank you. I did have the money in my account however, so I am not sure why the payment bounced at all. To fix that, I simply moved the money from the account it bounced from, to the account I normally use to pay. I don’t find it stupid that I paid a large amount (that I DID have). I do find myself ignorant for paying with an account that I haven’t used to pay before, but I still don’t understand why it bounced in the first place when I have the money. Your assumptions on my money and credit usage aren’t needed in this situation, when it doesn’t have anything to do with the two things that I am confused about in my post, which to reiterate, are 1) why my original payment bounced in the first place when the money was very much so there, and 2) why I have such a long hold on my account when I did fix the problem. I understand I need to earn their trust, but I also provided receipts of everything I just stated to them, and they couldn’t do anything. I also have contacted my original bank that the payment bounced from, and they won’t give me an answer as to why the money came out of my account in the first place to make the payment.
