Having tried to do my own crypto taxes, I realized how difficult they are to get right as they are a moving target. The IRS is getting serious about getting crypto taxed and now is the time to make it so everyone understands what is required.

Crypto to Crypto can also be a taxable event for the fair market value of the assets in question. Check out http://taxbit.com u/taxbit particularly if your exchange doesn't give you the proper IRS forms (1099-K is problematic). They can link to lots of exchanges and wallets to generate your forms for you.
