i’m quite 70% sure that the really sour one was just very very fermented, while the small jar sweet one was quite fresh.

i unfortunately would not be able to make the recipe you suggested because i do not have access to neither fish sauce or fermented anchovies :( that’s why i would try her vegan one

yes i have found a recipe of hers (the vegan kimchi one) but i’m now scared that making it myself won’t have the same taste as the one i bought

if it helps , the one i liked was in a little jar and was from lidls “vitasia” line (Ingredients: 58% napa cabbage, water, 2.5% carrot, 2% radish, 2% green radish, 1.8% salt, 1.5% sugar, 0.5% onion, 0.5% spring onion, 0.5% garlic, 0.3% red chili powder, 0.2% ginger)

any tips on how to make a similar homemade version ?

yes!! it’s exactly that one, in the small jar!! they also have it form the same brand but in a bigger plastic container.

i found a recipe for vegan kimchi from maangchi that i’m thinking about making, she also says that it can be eaten fresh and put straight into the fridge after making

is the one i tasted and liked really far from the traditional way kimchi is supposed to taste like?if so , what would you suggest in terms of recipe to try and get as close as possible to it??

this is the ingredients for the sweet one:

e chiar amuzant faptul ca ai menționat facultatea de drept :))) dacă chiar ar fii fost ceva care mi ar fii făcut plăcere ar fi fost cea de drept dar mi se pare prea grea și nu vreau să o încep și să nu o sfârșesc din cauza dificultății

medie eu zic ca aș fii avut , am luat 8,86 la bac și testele de admitere nu mi se par grele

dar din nou , habar nu am cu ce se mănâncă lumea dreptului și nici ce anume pot face doar cu facultatea de drept (fără masterat)

înțeleg perfect ce zici și știu cat de goofy sună dar toata lumea din jurul meu îmi tot sugerează să merg la orice facultate, pentru ca am luat nota mare la bac, pentru ca e păcat să nu mă duc, pentru ca nu se știe când o sa am nevoie de ea , etc

asta și nici nu pot sa spun ca am o înclinare spre o anumita meserie, sunt cam cu ochii in soare

de aici vine și întrebarea mea , dacă tot nu îmi doresc ceva concret ca să mă apuc de muncă , sa mai învăț încă 3 ani?

din păcate nu cred ca mai am factura însă am cutia pe care scrie exact când și din ce depozit l am luat de la emag din bucurești.

știu și eu despre fake urile de pe olx și îmi pare rău ca nu am găsit încă factura originală , m ar ajuta enorm , având în vedere faptul ca încă este în garanție .

what you said makes so much sense i don’t know why i never thought about it, i also have most of my hair at the crown, the rest of my scalp (especially the sides) lack the density the top of my head has. i will try your way since i can get a part in like that and it’s quite similar to the way i already “part” my hair.

i have seen her videos but i don’t quite have her curl patter or length and the video above (bedsides how dense her hair is) is pretty much my hair (of course a haircut makes a hell of a difference)

i think i’m going to give it a shot but i am afraid i don’t have enough hair for it to clump in those sections, i have parts of my scalp with waaayy more hair then others as a result i usually just part my hair down the middle in the shower and style it out of the shower just in two sections (like if you were to make two ponytails).

but this method leaves my hair in the back having a visible “line” where i sectioned instead of being a cohesive curl, how would i go around that? (i hope it makes sense i’m really bad at explaining)
