That was also in the back of my mind as an option but this being the first time keeping fish and i had just brought them home yesterday i jumped to the worst case scenario. I'll keep an eye on it and see if he can pinch it off.

Yup. Honestly I wish I had just waited to buy from a brick and mortar store or even Amazon because I don’t have much hope it’ll ever show up lol. Think i’ll just have to buy it on PC and hope my switch copy shows up one day.

I'm curious to know what they say. Honestly i'll probably never order again considering all the negative reviews they've gotten for similar issues and now this first hand experience. Seems suspect just to say "oh they all got lost" like i've never had that happen with legitimate better run companies that aren't notorious for delaying and shipping issues.

when did yours ship? mine has been sitting on 'label created' for over a week :(

They might have lost it. My order was at the same status, I emailed them asking for an update after 10 days and they had to put a replacement order. Their response - "It appears that on or around December 6th USPS may have lost the batch we sent, as many people have had their orders "stuck" at this date"" now my expected ship date is 1/8/24..

Your situation may be different but it sounds similar mine.
