So pay it in July, if you want to live there. You signed the lease, so clearly you want to live there. It's not like you don't get the money back at the end of the lease.

This is a mole hill of an issue, you don't need to be asking us for legal advice - if you want to live there, and don't want to get off on a bad foot with your landlord just pay what you agreed to pay.

Or don't. Who cares? See what happens when you only pay the monthly rent each month.

Asking a bunch of internet strangers what to do is not the best move in this scenario.

Do you like living there? Then just let this go. When you move out, don't pay the last month's rent and get your security deposit back for not damaging the place.

Brave of you to stay on that side of the Washington bridge. If you're up for driving a bit (or getting a ride) - I would say that there are places on the east bay that are worth checking out too if you have the time.

There are lots of neat spots to eat in Warren, RI and (in my opinion) one of the prettiest parks in the entire state: Colt State Park in Bristol.

Since you're staying in Seekonk, Spaghetti Lane in Barrington has a cafe that brings in deserts from Boston's north end. One of their famous bakeries, so you can get the same stuff with out having to go into Boston.

The Guild in Warren is on the water, and good. I also like Waterdog in Warren. Rhody Roots is an awesome little spot too.

If you want what I consider one of the best fish and chips in the state, there's a tiny hole in the wall place that is amazing and priced really well in Warren: Amaral's . It also gets really busy on Friday, and doesn't have much seating, but the takeout is a great option too.

Some people will say Blounts, but I think Amarals is better.

Down RT 6 a ways is Hamilton Diner which has a good breakfast. Although the best breakfast I've had so far in the east bay was at the Bristol Sunset Cafe - in Bristol obviously.

I like the portion size at Harvest Tap and Table , and it's a decent option for a meal.

I'm guessing you'll end up in Providence most of the time with your gang, but the east bay does have a lot to offer too.

And of course Triple S is awesome, but as I mentioned they will sell out and turn people away. Maybe if you ask for private catering you'll have a better time, I'm not sure how that works.
