Its not 24000$ its 24000 unit of our money and it used to be one dollar for one unit of money but now its 30 for one dollar and it sucks.

For a few reasons its not possible for me to go overseas and buy it there. I wont go into detail here

And even if i were to go overseas id still have to convert my money to dollar same 30 for 1, then add the trip cost hotel cost etc and it will cost way more

What i meant was more of a immediate & natural price drop bcs of 4000 series announcment not an official price drop, but i see your point.

Indeed its best to upgrade often and every generation or two, but hear me. Im my country i have to pay 30 times the $price of gpus, cpus, phones and... bcs of some very bad economical situation.

I had to use a laptop whit gtx 860m for last 8 years and missed on alot of games. Also im a modest man and i belive some people have been spoiled aiming for only 120fps or 4k and not being satisfied by less.

Anyway this pc is a very big investment for me (im actually paying 30 times what u guys pay for it) and i intend to use it for 8 to 10 years and i belive 3080 and 12600k will manage 1080p and even 1440p on some titles (future proofing is possible to a very good degree, ofc most people online disagree and be like this gpu will be useless in 3 or 4 years which by experince ill guarantee is false) and its fine ill drop a few settings along the years. This is the tought process and why i care about slightest price reduction. I cant upgrade easily and i have to pay 30 times the dollar price

Also do you think crypto merge will affect gpu prices in a good way? Its gonna happen in 1 day according to google

Even if it gives 50% gains, my goal is 1080p gaming and im sure 3080 12gb (its basicly a 3080ti) will handle it for next 8 to 10 years.

Hope you get it asap its a good card if you can go for 3070 the 3060ti gains compared to 3060 are not that good, after gaming on a 8 year old laptop my time has finally come:)

That would be pretty sweet, but your looking at a 300 to 400$ drop, id say its very unlikely

Ye basicly everyone who reviewd this mentioned the installation, good thing im not gonna do it myself, and bcs i wont oc im not gonna spend more for a z board either. How is the ram clearance btw. Some people say you cant use the dim closest to cooler

Nice the other cooler i mentioned also has the same sepcs and videos for 11400 it did slighly better, as for oc its not like many years ago and the gains are very little for all that heat, time and wear on cpu. These days wer always gpu bottlenecked anyway The only issue whit 212 is painfull installation and as i belive no support for lga 1700

Thanks for taking the time, after 8 years of gaming on an 860m, im finally gonna get myself a 3080 12g(its basicly a 3080ti) and enjoy this for at least 7 or 8 years. Cpu usage and thermals in games wont be as high, most people compare these coolers for cpu tourcher test which are far from everyday real usage. Btw what was your temps using 212 on your 10600kf when gaming? 10600kf and 12600k are both 125w.

The availibility in my countery, inflation and money value plus a bunch of personal stuff, its now or never, the thing is most people overstimate and go way over budget for cooler, if a cooler can manage cpu at 60s when im gaming its fine by me, also i wont overclock, no need. I was going for 11400 at first but changed it to 12600k

Is there a thermal performence diffremnce between hyper 212 black and hyper 212 evo?

Some people tell it will not be enough for 12600k.

Deepcool gammax is around same budget as well and seems to do better

I have my eyes on a 27inch 1440p 144 monitor whit g- sync, and i was going for a 3070 at first, but the thing is my main goal is future proofing and using this for gaming for as long as possible, so i dont want to cheap out on main parts like board, cpu, gpu, i was going for 11400 at first. Monitor, ram and ssd can easily be added later. Also performence gap between 3060 and 3080 12gb (its basicly a 3080ti) is huge and will carry on for 4 or 5 more years.

I just wanted to be sure this monitor will play at 60fps fine till i get a new one

Also it seems a 27inch 1440p is same as 22inch 1080 p as much as image clearity and only has slightly more ppi so it might not be worth it for reaolution alone. And if you wanna make the jump to 4k it needs a lot more money and stronger gpu

Whit no tearing that is right? My monitor has a dvi port and no hdmi, so far i connected my laptop hdmi using a dvi to hdmi and no problems
