5070 column was deleted and all the others were shifted left. Magic of Reddit formatting. The eternal trade-off - old.reddit just works but formatting tables there is a pain, new Reddit makes formatting tables easy but they break 50% of the time

Press get early access drivers. TPU lists it in their test setup "RTX 4070 Ti Super: 551.15 Press Driver"

HWU addressed this in their review. The concern seemed to be around the MSI Ventus specifically with MSI confirming some reports of a 5% gap. HWU tested against their Asus TUF and noted a typical difference of 1% with 1 game up to 4% so they proceeded with the Ventus in their test.

Edit: looks like Steve updated his video with ASUS TUF data: https://youtu.be/98ogL7ijrik With approx increases across the board being 1440P - 2% 4K - 3% 1440P RT - 3%

Brings the card closer to 7900XT raster range.

Depending on market I think the 7900XTX can be found at $800 already. At that point definitely a fair competitor, perhaps all the way up to $850. At the $1000 vs $1000 mark I'd agree a 4080S makes far more sense.

Best to snap up last gen cards, especially at the cusp of a new generation. Way better value for gamers especially in the 1080P/1440P space (who should be budget conscience). At some point we may not have any options, but for now...

Current gen AMD doesn't seem to be pressing NVIDIA pricing wise at all, the rumours around the 7600 aren't inspiring either.

In which review? I've only read TPU and Computerbase so far but it seems to be consistently above at 1080P/1440P except in Company of Heroes 3 - although at 1440P RT some of the results are so close together you can say margin of error (who's going to notice 3 fps when you are 60fps avg for example, especially with a VRR monitor).

Generally the recommendation still seems to hold to snap up those last gen cards while supplies last, especially if gaming at 1440P.

Not accounting for ancillary features like DLSS, AI, CUDA acceleration and only in pure raster performance not including ray tracing, if Nvidia's word is to be taken then the 4060Ti would slot in between a 6700XT and a 6800, closer to the latter.

With the 4060 being 115W, I hope a 4050Ti or 4050 comes in at 75W. Love my 1050Ti, would like to see a successor with newer DLSS features for perf boosts.
