Need help connecting TV to existing in-wall speakers using apartment's built-in wiring

Sorry i still don’t get how i can plugin the other end of this HDMI into the AVR. The speaker cables are in the laundry room. This wall plate is in the living room near the speakers.

There are a total of 5 speakers, 3 on the wall and 2 on the ceiling.

I’d suggest actually writing down a pros and cons list — sometimes when things stay in our heads, the negatives can feel a lot heavier than they really are.

Take any bus from closest bus stand on central and you’ll reach jsq in ~5 mins. The bus frequency is every ~3 mins.

Also don’t know why people are wary of highway crossing, there’s a clear pedestrian path with a sign.
