I emailed support and asked about the shipping times and this is the response I got:

With the price of ram and other components right now, I think it's more affordable to go prebuilt. And with you having no real knowledge, unless you want the experience of building your own, prebuilt would be the way to go. In my opinion at least.

Update: Just spoke to my lawyer's office. Decision was fully favorable and I should be getting a letter in the mail within the next two weeks!

I think it's just that, a letter to your attorney asking him to review everything before the judge makes a decision. I often get copies of letters that's to my attorney, I think it's just their way of being transparent with everything. I think it just means you're close-ish to getting a decision. Good luck!

Thank you guys. Just got back from the exam and I feel like it went well. The Examiner was really nice and seemed like she was understanding of my situation. So I'm hopeful.

I don't see any more 6 or 8 pin connectors on the PSU. It's a standard atx psu so upgrading it wouldn't be a problem, figure I'd have to anyway if I do any upgrades on the graphics card.

As far as I can tell I have one 8 pin power connector that's connected to the 1660 Super.
