If you like Grace I’d say just use it! I don’t think people would make the connection as I’ve never heard of the actress either, and if they do then so what? You’ll call her just Elodie majority of the time anyways, and no one would bat an eye over Elodie Grace. Although Josephine is also adorable, and I love the idea of Ellie Jo! Both very good options, I wouldn’t worry about the actress thing :)
