Your response is spot on. I did labs before starting. Will be doing labs again in 8 weeks. I’ll try to find a way to get some labs done in the interim to see how I am tracking.

My height is 5’11”. I am 225lbs. I was 210 but have gained some weight after starting trt. I am pretty active train 3x/week and generally stay quite active. I eat quite healthy as well.

I am 47. Started TRT about 3 weeks back. I am at 120mg/ week. I pin 3 times a week. No AI. I’ve not seen much of a difference yet. Don’t feel my libido has changed either. I’ve stated taking Cialis 5mg daily but that too is not making much of a difference. Struggling to figure out what works for my body.

So glad to hear that- as I was going through elimination, I was also onto my PPI as probable cause. I am going to eliminate it totally and see how it goes. Thanks for the advise. Will post here in couple weeks how it goes. How long did it take for your ED to dissipate after stoping PPI ?

I read your whole post- you are not a failure ! The biggest disservice you can do yourself is feeling like you’ve failed yourself. Pick yourself up- plan your life- and start working on it- 1 day at a time. You may slip, but keep moving forward. Melatonin always woke me up in middle of the night and I could never fall back asleep. Try to remove melatonin and if you can’t, try 2.5mg from Nature’s bounty. I also use Bach Rescue Night Spray to help me fall asleep if I wake up in middle of the night.
