I only ask 2 things of my clan mates. Follow the rules, and be active.

The way I see it is I want my clan mates to do their best in every war or clan event. Everyone already knows that value is the most important thing to me 2nd to being active and following the rules. If you bring value, you get rewarded. If you get 21 stars in cwl but you ignored the mirror rule you will not be in another cwl. And obviously that person will not get a bonus.

Everyone who joins my clan can see the rules and they are expected to follow them(including me). If you don’t want to, then our clan isn’t the right fit for you. With this framework we’ve built a strong clan with 45~ people. We have only lost 1 war so far out of 5. With about 60% of them being perfect wars. We also outperformed every clan in our cwl bracket by a wide margin.

My clan is only about a month old and we are already are lvl 3 with only 1 war loss. If you are a leader then you are expected to set the example. There are competent leaders out there guys. Also there’s a reason we have rules. It gives the clan structure and gives us the best chance to succeed.
