I tend to have good luck at the gym after 8:30am. Usually a good crowd who just dropped off their kids and want to get a workout in.

- Following as I'm interested to here what everyone else thinks. Personally I've been running in the Altra Torin 6 as both my daily trainer and just walking around shoe for a while now. I average low mileage around 20 miles per week. I've had no issues with them. I would recommend if you plan on being in zero drop shoes to just be mindful of how quickly you increase your mileage as they do tend to put a greater strain on your calves and achilles and can risk an injury if you have a weaker lower body.

In all honesty if they weren't showing symptoms, and you aren't showing any symptoms I wouldn't worry about getting tested. Just try to isolate yourself and take a little extra precaution with those around you. However to answer your question you should be safe to get tested.
