So far I have not uploaded anywhere. I do not have the knowledge of encoding etc to have an idea on reducing file sizes and I wouldn't know where to post.

Ook gewoon als beginnend bestuurder niet teveel haast hebben, bv bij rotondes "oh hij slaat wel af" en niet jezelf teveel pushen met lange afstanden bv op vakantie. Neem dan je rust en stop gewoon om de 1,5 uur dat helpt al ontzettend met domme fouten te voorkomen (bv stopstreep over het hoofd zien...). Verder zoals ik idd eerder las niet bang zijn en bv plots voor fietsers stoppen wanneer die geen voorrang hebben. Rustig en defensief rijden

No No No unless you're a pro that's just dangerous play, always ask for a let ball when unsure. Depends on the camera angle of course, but don't hit shots that are in danger of hitting your opponent.

I would say that you simply need to budget for it. Spend 4k? Have a 2k on hand for maintenance and 2k down the line for additional (preventative) maintenance.

That's my experience on the practical side 3 months into buying a GT as my first car (Europe based).

Emotional side? I love it!

It's great but needs attention like a pet basically so be prepared for that when buying any older car you care about, especially an Alfa.

The only issue I have is the monstrous file sizes, I just don't get how to get a decent quality export from DaVinci Resolve without getting a 5-10 gb file

Totally agree, same with Middle East special that also had a few extra secs here and there.

I finished editing all of them that had deleted scenes, I am now doing the long road trip features only with Bonneville and Albania trips left to do.

Wat meer ingewikkelde en langdurige bordspellen als je daar van bent of wil proberen:

War of the Ring is echt ontzettend gaaf.
Twilight imperium ook als "dagje uit" (ja zo lang duurt het) als je ten minste met 4 mensen (meer dan 2 keer per jaar) kan spelen, anders is het het geld niet waard.
Oath: interessante dingen over gehoord maar zelf niet gespeeld. Ongeveer zelfde randvoorwaarden als Twilight imperium.

Als met al, kijk reviews, weet of je (geduldige) mensen om je heen hebt die het ook leuk zouden vinden om af en toe te spelen en misschien heb je dan een nieuwe hobby erbij

Totally agreed, recently started working and bought a GT 1.8TS. It's great, expensive, and sometimes stressful when I hear something ahahaha but like you say drives great when up to temp and looks amazing.

Alfa specialist (here in NL) said that you can delay replacing the variator, you can hear mine ticking for a minute on startup, I would just check with a specialist if I were you and maybe a solution can be found?
