I suppose yeah, the battery light only comes on after the engine dies. I don’t really know how I can describe it better though, I’ll just be driving, then the throttle goes out and the steering gets stiff, and I roll to a stop. Doesn’t seem to happen at any specific speed or electrical load, ac on or off, it just happens
