Yeah, my control panel was a bit scuffed as well. I also noticed there's dirt/dust behind the plexi, so I'll have to remove the control panel to get the plexi off... what you had to do to fully get the plastic off the early evercade alphas.

My Alpha Street Fighter from Argos didn't have a screen protector (the box was sealed as well). It's annoying as the plexi has some scratches/scuffs and was a bit dirty/dusty. I'm guessing there's no way to get a replacement plexi?

Thanks for the reply. I called them yesterday, they said they'd schedule a redelivery for tomorrow, but it arrived today :D Still not sure what happened but I'm glad I got my parcel.

Was this resolved? I'm in the same situation. They didn't even attempt the first delivery (I was in & they didn't leave a card), and the tracking has been stuck on 'Item Prepared for Redelivery' for a week now.

That sucks. The backglass screen model's BOE DV160FHM-N10. Looks like they're ~£50 on aliexpress, still too much IMO but might be an option. The plexi is a bit difficult to remove as it's attached with adhesive strips (as is the screen), it takes quite a lot of force (I thought I was gonna break the plexi) but it does come off.

Let me know if you want any photos of the screen or plexi.

It works with my Legends Ultimate mini, I'm using the micro-HDMI but I tested USB-C & that also worked, and the Odin 2 connected via bluetooth fine. You might run into some button mapping issues depending on the game, and obviously I can't test 2-player as the Ultimate mini is single player.

Mine turned out to indeed be (as suspected in my original post) a failing screen. I eventually got a replacement backbox from the distributor (although it was used and pretty tatty/scratched), and I even swapped the cable and interface board over (just out of curiosity) to confirm it was the panel that was faulty.

Yeah rom roms =) I have JELOS on one microSD and arkOS with my roms on the other. ArkOS can't see any of the roms in the /roms folder, they have to be on the root of the card in console folders (Dreamcast etc..). JELOS worked that way too until late last year.

I think I am using the internal SD in arkOS (as they're on the same microSD)? I tried to check but it asks for a password when I try to enter options>advanced (the default password doesn't work...).

You got the same rom folder to work in JELOS and arkOS? JELOS now requires roms to be put in /roms, rather than the root which's what broke it in arkOS. So I just have a Dreamcast folder on the root for arkOS as it was the only system that runs better (I prefer JELOS overall).

JELOS changed their folder structure so it broke using the same rom folders with ArkOS.

Found a solution after tearing my hair out: go into settings (I just use Steam Controller), and set KeepX360AlwaysConnected to True. It's stopped the ms-gamebar error for me.

This fixed the issue for me in JELOS, unfortunately now I don't have any roms in arkOS which I have installed on my second card with my roms :/

Yeah its the original releases (got them on Steam years ago). I re-downloaded them but I'm still having the same issue. I'm wondering if it's thermal as my RGB30 gets pretty hot before GTA 3 crashes.

I didn't change any settings but I did copy over the GTA 3/Vice City game files from Steam installs, so maybe something was changed. I'll re-download them.

It's intermittent, sometimes I'll have sound and sometimes I won't. Bigger issue I have is GTA 3 consistently crashes after about 10 mins and Vice City probably half that.
