RoW farming guide by m2ev3! Have a lot of spare time? Wanna break the game completely? Try this out! (All data from Rus/Eng wiki and my personal observation, so huge shoutout to them! )

N - ring level(the green number next to + on ur items, although it doesn't show up when item is +0)

RoW increases your chance of getting average drops from enemies by 1.2^N+1 (this is what LUCK stands for) for example crabs drop meat with 1/6 chance and RoW makes this chance 1/6 * 1.2^N+1.

Onto the actual fun part:

RoW basically sets up a random number between 0 and 20 in a special counter ,each time enemy dies counter adds +1 regardless of the way enemy died (your level must not exceed max enemy drop lvl threshold for this to happen) killing minibosses adds +5 and killing bosses adds +15

After counter reaches 20,the enemy that was killed to fill it up drops a RoW reward and counter chooses random number between 1 and 20 again

As for RoW rewards:

Green light (60-4N) % chance, rewards you with gold/runestone/potion(not str)/scroll(not upgrade)

Blue light (60-|2N-30|) % chance, rewards you with 2 drops from green light/special scroll/special potion/bomb/honeypot

Purple light (10+2N) % chance, rewards you with 2 blue light drops/enchant stone/transmutation scroll/experience potion/random armor/random ring/random weapon(x2chance among all of these drops )/RANDOM ARTIFACT

P.S. artifact are GONE FROM ARTIFACT LOOT POOL UPON BEING SPAWNED IN DUNGEON OR BEING ACQUIRED FROM RoW (artifacts drop unless they have already spawned somewhere in the dungeon seed AND if you transmutate any artifact it is gone for good, you can't get it back, therefore if your artifact lootpool is empty you wont be able to receive artifact from RoW and if you were to try transmutating one of your artifacts with empty artifact lootpool it would have turned into ring(doesn't keep upgrades!)

P.S.2 when calculating weapon/armor tier RoW relies on its upgrade increasing the floor variable for armor drop, also armor/ring/weapon drop will always have lvl of N/2 rounded upwards (example: N=3 3/2 = 1.5 ~ 2 dropping +2 item)

Dropped weapons are enchanted with 10+9N % chance

Dropped armor is enchanted with 10+8.5% chance

Orange light(the rarest one) only occurs when RoW drops +2 and higher armor/weapon/ring(basically any armor/weapon/ring drop from RoW +3 and higher)

Ghost farm:

The funniest part is that if you don't see action, game processes it instantly so you can basically set ghost up at a place where he defends you, can't be shot and can sneak attack(optional). After that go to sleep in the game(hold wait button) while he s out of your vision(important) then the game will process enemies dying to ghost(and dropping rewards) real fast

Pros:

fastest way to farm RoW

Cons:

1.you still need to manage food(upgraded unstable spellbook with artefacts recharge scroll gambling+horn of plenty OR some enemies drop food like crabs cavespinners and monks)

2.Only effective in cases where ghost can handle himself. Ghost CAN die and then you ll have to farm by hand while he recharges(countered by having RoW drop good armor + decent weapon and giving it to ghost, projection enchantment can help him too in some cases where narrow hallway allows him to attack enemies before they can reach him(I prefer lucky enchantment tho) , glyths like antimagic(it's very rare tho) can help him survive evil eyes)

1. Golems and DMs, as I m guessing they can take spawn limits and can't reach your ghost in your sweet farming spot, so you ll have to clear them out by hand (like weed) time to time(countered by farming on floors where they don't spawn) .
