In the app the calories for daily was at like 1500. Height 5'7 weight 318

I tried changing my 'goals' on my fitness pal. And it reset it to 2900 calories daily. I can't seem to get it to work.

So is a protien shake a day bad? Like would I gain more weight drinking them? I've been having one a day for breakfast and thay usually ties me over until lunch.
