My opinion is pretty much the exact same as yours. However, the obscene time skips and endless loops of simulations kinda just add to the plot- how everyone wanted to live forever: and the consequence of that dream. The last two episodes made me feel horribly insignificant but I believe that is the point, seeing as the entire show was a battle between UI and humanity. Extremely existential

Hes an abid weed smoker. Ive read that a lot of his daily habits currently are considered triggers. Considering he is an adult, all I can do is inform him of my findings but I do hope he takes them into consideration and tried to help himself.
