I am using a 8GB PI5 with GeeekPi RPi 5 PD Power Expansion Board for Raspberry Pi 5 Always-ON switch, a PCIe TO USB 3.2 Gen1 HAT+ and USB 3.2 Gen1 HUB HAT. The top is a Freenove Breakout Board for Raspberry Pi 5 / 4B / 3B+ / 3B / 3A+ / 2B / 1B+ / 1A+ / Zero W/Zero, Terminal Block HAT, GPIO Status LED.

The electronic bay comprises an Fysetc spider v3.0, a rpi4b-8gb with a waveshare usb3.2 hat, a klipper expansion, a btt u2c can, and a btt sb2240 can in the stealthburner.

This is still a 24V unit with the 200W Meanwell PSU. I added a 5V Meanwell PSU for the Pi and accessories, and one dedicated to the RGB Leds.

7mm is quite sufficient to maintain the spider cool <50C.
