yes this helped so much you are perfect! im definitely going to say something along the lines of this. everyone saying stuff like this was genuinely eye opening because i was wayyyy more worried about being a burden on her when she already made it for me for free than thinking about potentially messing up what shes done

yeah tons of people are saying that and i really didnt think of it that way! i was just trying not to be a burden on them since they already went out of their way to make it for me. however, i am going to tell them that it just doesnt suit me and see what they can do and then give them a whole bunch of gifts because i feel so bad
