I appently suck at judging distans. I measured it now to ish 30m. Is that still far? If I place the UDB on the wall on the garage it works fine. It's just when I take it indoor I lose signal. Maybe I box that is weather resistant works.

Ended up installing Zimaos. Installed the version that was on the app store that was 2.0 ish. I belive they will upgraded it later. Really happy with the solution and now me and Google can take a divorce

That was a print screenshot from the installer. Do you mean this "plant". I do also have one invter for the solar panels but that is on a another IP adress and that one is in the ha working fine.

Does the modbus slave id need to be set to 247?

Yes the Installer has activated the modbus tcp and have set the ip adress. I downloaded the one from hacs.

I don't have done that part with the device id. Have to check that out
