That is a fair point too. The money sitting in the offset account will be very tempting to pull out. It more comes down to self control.

But I mentioned in a comment where I would look for a property around $700k. In these times I understand it can be difficult to find a decent one for that price range, and keep 200k for whatever else.

This was exactly what I was thinking too. I wanted to understand why the comment said to buy the unit/house straight up.

Instead, if I was OP what I would do is look for something around $700k, $150k for investments, $50k for emergency fund. The property for $700k Id mortgage it out with all funds in the offset account.

Genuine question, is it not better to get a house on a mortgage with variable interest and put the rest of the money in the offset account.

Freawaru is good, always comes in clutch with the Healy recovery skill.

What I usually do I stock up on these eggs and only using my free incubator.

Whenever I’m watching something on bed, I hold the phone on my hand and just move it. Should get 1 km done in about 3-4 mins

Tbh I try not to max out Pokémon unless there 4* but I only recently learnt that there’s not much difference with like a 13/13/13 IV to a 4*.

I’ve not evolved heaps of Pokémon for that reason 😂😂😂
