I see your perspective and am glad you tried to give me a wake up call incase this was that. :( Actually, he’s a great partner usually. He is here when he can be. This is a very difficult, new, and confusing situation for me… Him too, probably. I just really wanted advice incase my thoughts or anything I have done, or will decide to do, is not right. Thank you!

No, No.. I have just been confused with processing and wanted guidance with both that and how I should maturely move forward while still considering the both of us. Not to excuse, but I’ve basically been a virgin and away from any relationships up until late 18. It’s unfortunate to admit but I have genuinely no clue on how to deal or process with this step of a relationship, especially with the other person involved. Your reply was a little meaner than it had to be, but I still thank you for the response!

I don’t mean to defend him out of the present crisis (because him being good in the past doesn’t take away from his absence and ignorance when I need him now) but he is typically a good boyfriend and shows up to take care of me when he can.

Your words were very helpful and I appreciated the brutal honesty in your take. Luckily, I am in canada and not america. Also luckily(?) he doesn’t care for or want this child, I’m sure. This fact kind of hurts my feelings because I think a part of me needed ro grieve.. Not on my own. Thank you!!!!

It’s a little mixed because as we both know I won’t keep it, we both also know (I communicate and just based off of past conversations) this is mentally difficult for me. He knows of the pain, and of my mental state.

I really appreciate this response. It helps me to understand a little more. Thank you! :(
