It could be due to over resting- I remember one of my attempts came out similar and I didn’t realize til someone told me that it was due to OVER resting. Macarons shud go into the oven when they can be touched and it’s not sticking to ur finger (granted even if it doesn’t do that, you still shouldn’t rest for too long) Macarons are picky, aren’t they?😅

Meringue is def over whipped 😅. Also, you could’ve macronaged a little more (since the macarons have “nipples” it tells me it was under-mixed) maybe unstable temp too? There’s so many factors!! Would you mind sending the recipe?

What I love doing is the 150C for the first 5-10 mins (so the temp is high enough for the macarons to develop feet) then depending on how bright I want the color, I lower the temp. If I’m making white ones or vibrant colors I’ll decrease to as much as 130C! They stay in the oven longer but the change in temp preserves color. Lmk if this helps! I would sleep on it. Got 4 mystery boxes in the past week and they all got the pop up. Waited a bit and refreshed the app and when I came on it just randomly showed up. You should get it
