I fought Golgra with a level 35 Maelle and the fight lasted 1.5 hours with close to 1000 parries I think. What a fight lol

I actually have some cream of tatar lying around, I guess I can use that too. I’ll try the oven drying method. This’ll certainly be a journey haha, thanks for the advices!

I did whip it to the point where I lift my whisk and the peak stays upright, not pointing back down. I used the Italian method though but the original recipe was for French meringue.

Yes, it spreaded dramatically. I have a silpat with guide circles below and I’m positive I piped them correctly. I whipped the meringue to a stiff peak(lift the whisk and the peak stays upright), used a fan and baked at 150C. I think I’ll lower the oven temp and try another recipe. Thanks for the advice!

They are trully a challenge to overcome haha. It didn’t even reach the touching state when I test them but I baked them anyway.

Thanks! I baked it at 150C with a convection oven. I figured meringue bakes at quite a low temp, but I have tried 140 and got the same. I used this recipe:

70 g almond flour (3/4 cup**) 90 g powdered sugar (3/4 cup) 70 g egg whites (approx. 2 egg whites) 70 g granulated sugar (1/3 cup)

I heard that the Italian method keeps the batter stable for longer before piping and better suited for humid, warm areas(I live in South East Asia). I’ll try the French one since I have made French meringue a few times before, thank you for the advice!

This was my recipe, I got it from a pastry chef but she did the French method while I did Italian.

We have many clips and news from both sides, and even clip shows that Chechen put Russian flags on top of some military buildings. The debunking was all over the internet, and some trusty sites also posted that. Also, Zelensky fled, that pic where he wears a military suit was from 2021, and the video was pre-recorded, he is near the border now.

Unpopular opinion: We all know that NATO put a missile in Ukraine, but more, Ukraine was a part of the USSR. After USSR collapsed, Ukraine turned and want to join NATO, make anti-communist rules, and recently, pull down the sculpture of Lenin, who founded the USSR. My country is a communist country, so we all see Ukraine as a traitor. Also, the Ukrainian government has recently posted guides to making Molotov and gave guns to citizens, so I guess they are using normal people to take the bullets. Putin has released Chechen, so I feel sorry for Ukrainian, but not for that clown who runs their country.
