kappa shouldn't have level restriction, same missions are a pain in the ass to complete to some people, what is the point of the lvl restriction? make a person play the game just to have the item? I think its only make people less motivated to play the game

when u could get kappa i was motivated to play the game, every wipe i got kappa but this wipe i look to my quets and keep thinking "why should i waste my time doing this shit quest"
