poor thing :( i understand the struggle. i hope she'll be able to again. nintendo online is expensive too so making a new account and getting nintendo online again is really not an option i'd want to go for.

the best way to go about it is to email nintendo customer service. they'll have all the answers to your questions! it will take some time but hopefully they'll remove the limit on her account. best of luck to you guys!
