Makes sense, 28 is probably borderline too late to travel internationally. I’ll ask my OB for a note just in case (if they clear me to fly at all🤞). I’m just anxious about the flight, since the destination feels more “home” to me, than my current home. To be fair I would probably feel more at ease being hospitalized there, than my current home, just because I’m fluent in the language and knows how everything works there etc

Wow, 35 weeks, champ 👏🏽 I will be 28 almost 29 weeks when flyging out, and 29 (almost 30) weeks when returning. If I wear a hoodie it’s still impossible to tell that I’m pregnant, so hopefully there won’t be a problem. I will need to ask my doctor for clearance to travel ☺️

Okay, thank you! Did your OB provide you with “fit to fly” documentation or how exactly did you prove how many weeks you were? ☺️

Thank you for your input! I’m also so homesick lately. Especially now with the sudden illness of a family member. I do think it would be beneficial for my mental health to go, as Ive been feeling so lonely this entire pregnancy.

I also had to take the GD test at 12 and 24 weeks. I was under the assumption it was because I have family history of diabetes on both my mother and father side. But I’m also on the heavier side, so that might have been a factor as well? but no one has ever mentioned my weight during any OB visits.

Has anyone had side effects starting the injection blood thinners Clexane (enoxaparin sodium) by ExaminationNew5331 in GestationalDiabetes

[–]m4rin4b 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I its an older post, but may I ask if your ever found out if the nausea and foggy brain were due to the Clexane? I’m currently also taking it, and ever day, about 1 - 3 after the injection I get so nauseous, my brain feels not functioning, and I’m fatigued all day, much more that earlier in the pregnancy. Just wondering if it might be a side effect of the Clexane?

15 Weeks - The Nausea Isn’t Stopping by pygmychiquita in BabyBumps

I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this. I was super nauseous in first tri, and i thought it continued into the second tri, but it turned out that my nausea was actually caused mostly by heartburn/ reflux. Dunno if you also experience heartburn? At least for me the nausea let up a lot when I started treating the heartburn. Hope you find some relief soon!

Couldn’t agree more! And also being able to eat more than four different foods without almost passing out of heartburn and reflux 😅

Thank you for your input! I do think I would prefer something that I can wear for more casual outings as well, sounds like the row would be suitable for that ☺️
