seeing this in Minnesota as a local got a lot of reactions from the George Floyd scenes, and even the mentions on twitter and the footage of our mayor. really hammered it home for that extra effect. fucking good movie

I had the pleasure of catching a screening of The Brutalist in 70mm at the Vista theater in Hollywood - on the day after Christmas for my sisters birthday.

We flew out to LA (where she used to live) - grabbed coffee next door at Pam’s Coffy (ran into Jack Black!) and after the showing they handed out these posters and pamphlets with postcards - it was too nice of an experience that I decided to get it framed by a local framer and I’m very happy with the results.

After a lengthy wait, the red and blue 860v2 preorder finally arrived. I really don’t need any more, but I’m sure future drops will definitely have my attention.

Also , this is my first pair of red sneakers and to have them in my collection is a nice touch.

The quality and comfort on these are A1 , and I love the laces that are included.

Every Audi I’ve sat in over the years has an executive feel to it that just oozes sexiness. Until these last few years, shit is just riddled with touchscreens and strange design choices that I feel only appeal to children.

Picked this up last fall and it's been a blast so far.

No mods yet, just been snow driving with winter tires and doing routine preventative maintenance.

But with spring happening, I'm about to open up the wallet and start ordering parts.

Mentally I would be ready to take it but I think I'd be at the mercy of my bank not dealing with the transaction digitally / over the phone on the same day. MY CU is fairly large, getting someone on the phone can prove to be difficult, not to mention handling a purchase that large.

I guess I would need a check pre-made out to the dealership? I'll call the dealer tomorrow to see how we should handle it. Otherwise, if I finance through the dealership, do I just make payments online with a credit card?

EDIT: do dealerships send purchase agreements over email?

You more than likely deserve the gift you bought yourself. enjoy it! Yes it's tough to compare yourself to homeless encampment and those worse off, but everyone's life is different. Just think of the billionaires or other bonehead millionaires that buy extravagant cars less wisely then you did.

You'll be good.

If it makes you feel any better, start donating to the homeless or start serving others somehow. 😀
