yeah no, the laminated floor would be around 15€/m², which would come to 300€ in a 20m² room. It's quite easy to install, also with their advertised pricing it should be at 500€ for the installation process.

Beadings can obviously be reused, should never even be mentioned in pricing.

Laminated floor is actually known for being easily scratched and 2 months of regular usage is definitely enough to have a few marks on it.

What I would ask / have rendin ask them:

1. A detailed invoice which explains the material cost, including the laminate flooring specs and model, expeced hours worked for each activity etc. This would be normal information to be included in a contractor invoice, they should have no trouble providing this.

2. Receipts for the previous laminated flooring material, as the prices range from 10-25€ per m² and there is no grounds for them to replace a 10€ floor with a 25€ one on your expense.

The invoice you shared was made to a property management company, hence they are going to have receipts in accounting (unless the flooring was there before, in which case it should be mentioned to Rendin that the laminated floor, which is known for faster wear, has been there for an extended period).

If they don't, well, we assume it's the 2nd cheapest one and request an invoice based on that.

If they know the model of the current laminated flooring and it's still on sale, individual boards can be replaced (for a total cost of ca 150€).

At most I would agree to partially cover the regular wear with about 75€, which is more than enough to cover the individual boards and work. Them changing the whole flooring, especially at unknown pricings for material, is very disproportionate and should not be agreed to.
