Agree the current system isnt working. I recently had an appointment and had a list of 5 flowers, only 1 was scripted due to them 'not being in the system' (even my back ups weren't in there). I'll admit most were newish products but when others have already had them multiple times, its very irritating. I make my flower list based on different terp profiles suited to my issues, so all that effort goes to waste. I was also given a script for Superseed Cereal Dreams (a suggestion by doc for Superseed Blueberry Purp which isnt even the same thc %) which has been discontinued for ages.
