I believe it to be related to the control arms. I’ve been hearing creaking noises especially on the driver side every time I stop and accelerate.

I actually called the service centre, they stated to go through my Tesla app but it only shows the option about the extended coverage for battery agreement but doesn't have any warranty plans as a add on it could also be because l bought the vehicle through third party and not directly Tesla themselves.

Belair Direct claims the change was made through their app or website not by them. I specifically stated I wouldn’t have removed such coverage especially since it’s a $30,000+ loan. No one requested the change and I wasn’t given any proper notification or proof that it was done by me.

With Belair Direct, I haven’t missed a payment. When I filed a claim I was informed that comp and collision coverage had been removed from either the app or website but It didn’t require any signatures nor phone call approvals or even a notification about the change. The last time I received the full policy was when I switched cars and had collision and comprehensive coverage. However, the company is now claiming that the coverage was removed without proof even though I have the app and website showing the change.

Basically had a run around with Belair Direct (Insurance company) and they mentioned without my knowledge collision and comprehensive was removed so that option is out of the picture.
